Our Story 我們的故事
Founded by experienced yoga teachers Ann da Silva and Keiki To, our roots began in beautiful Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Since then the team has settled in Hong Kong and became one of Asia's leading yoga training centers.
We recognize that the practice of yoga is a life long journey and we are here to provide professional and inspiring yoga classes and trainings so each student can grow as they wish.
We teach through experience, through our own learning, and from our hearts. We do not teach “just asanas”, but everything yoga: both on and off the mat.

Flo Yoga由資深的瑜伽導師 Ann da Silva（安老師）聯同 Keiki To（杜老師）一起，在美麗的加拿大溫哥華創立，搬回香港後，成長為亞洲的著名瑜伽師資培訓基地。
我們認識到瑜伽的練習是一個終生的旅程，因此我們專業及極具啟發性的瑜伽課程和培訓，讓每位學員都能隨心成長。
我們用真心，以熱誠，以分享我們自身的經驗和知識來教學： 我們並不會只教體式， 而是教授所有的無論是在墊上還是在墊下生活日常的：瑜伽。
